If I have a pass, do I still need to book a spot for the events I want to go to?
Yes! Having a pass does not guarantee you access to any event. Pass holders must reserve a spot to each event they wish to attend through Eventive.
If an event is sold-out online, there is a good chance that some room will open up on the day. We’ll have a standby line and will try our very best to get everybody in!
Passholders will have priority in the standby line.

What happens if I arrive late to an event I have booked?
Please arrive 5 minutes before the event to guarantee your entry. Otherwise we reserve the right to re-sell your seat.

Can I view the virtual screenings from anywhere?
Of our 17 online screening, here are the ones with geo restrictions:
Stellar (Feature) - BC
Rosie (Feature) - Canada
Among Us Women (Feature) - Canada
Stay (Short) - BC
Headspace (Short) - BC
This means that if you are outside of the areas listed above for the specific films you will not be able to watch.
